Working Holiday Program
Mungalli Falls offers
working holiday programs to many people from around the
world. We also employ "woofers" who work at Mungalli
Falls in exchange for their Board and Lodging and if
possible, (although no guarantee) "woofers" may also
have the opportunity to participate in certain
activities.

In addition to this, we offer the
following program which can be booked direct, or through
your preferred travel agent.
10 DAY WORK & PLAY @ MUNGALLI
FALLS (PROGRAM) 2-20 pax
Day ONE:
Arrive in CNS - transfer to Mungalli Falls, breakfast
and relax in your accommodation (dormitory style)
Lunch followed by half day orientation of Mungalli Falls
property Dinner & GLO WORM TOUR!
Day TWO - DAY
SIX: Assist with Horse-riding tours,
bush-walking tours, Abseiling, Mud-sliding, Evening BUSH
dance, Glo-worm tours, River Kayaking, Obstacle course,
Raft-building, (main role of working holiday participant
will be interpreting for Japanese students) Assist
with general duties including kitchen work, cleaning
rooms, maintaining equipment, site-inspections for
Japanese visitors, etc
Day SEVEN: Full
day reef trip with Frankland Island Cruises including
all transfers
Day EIGHT & Day
NINE: Visit another farm - overnight with
another Tableland FARM (Dairy or Stone-fruit or Sugar
Cane) Spend the time working on a real AUSTRALIAN
FARM!
Day TEN: Return
to Mungalli for Breakfast, debrief and return to
CAIRNS!

INFORMATION:
Accommodation may change depending on
availability at MUNGALLI FALLS (but minimum standard
will be dormitory with self-contained facilities)
It is expected that depending on the group movements at
time of visit, itineraries may change in their sequence,
but of course, all inclusions will be delivered It
is expected that visitors on this program recognize that
although they will have the chance to experience some
fantastic activities, they are also part of the staff
during this period, and as such, will be expected to
wear a "provided uniform" when performing standard work
duties. This is likely to include regular kitchen work,
house-keeping work and other menial duties.
